I will order that phone but my order is not coming
We booked a phone in bookmyphone we did not get the mobile. we rebooked the mobile we want both mobile and money 4499/- or we both the money total 8998/-
from tamilnadu district coimbatore , periyanayakanpalayam. we want it immediately
We booked the first order on 28 december and second order on 5 january 2020.

I booked a order to supply a phone 'Speria S9 Pro Notch Smart Phone' on 10 Dec. 2019 and online payment was made for Rs. 3,999/= vide receipt no. 2810795072 dated 10/12/2019. We received a phone on 13 Dec. 2019 which was not working properly. And made a complaint online to its email ID on 03 Jan. 2020. Many a times the e-mail was not being delivered and received back undelivered. however twice the mail passed thru' . We did not received any response from the captioned company. Later, we observed that phone delivered is SPIRIA instead of Speria S9 as mentioned in the site and the order confirmation slip. Thus the BOOKMYPHONE has cheated on us.

I had ordered a phone of rs 3999, on 1/01/2020; order I’d is 2073071194.
They are totally fraud , on 04 of January a girl called me to verify my address for delivery after that all of their Number’s are gonna busy. Today a person called me to inform that my order has cancelled, then I asked him about the refund; then he has started all of my debit card details. Totally fraud is happening, please help me to refund my money and take a strict action against them.
