sir ordered speria k 20 smart phone book my phone website prepaid of rain 4499 however on delivery of product it is found that they delivered me wrong phone of cheap quality

Product not sent as per particulars and specifications shown in advertisement on website.

I m order for speria k5 notch mobile phone offer price rs 4999 but received in very low quality in other brand mobile complient for customer care no but customer care person fraud in my account detail atm and cvv no otp no totaly fraud person pls action to change mobike or return my money

Dear sir I had given order of speria k20 pop-up camera 20 mp 6gb ram nothing smartphone on dated 1/02/2020 which merchant order I'd was 1770211502 and payment I'd was 299974214 against which I paid RS 4499.28 in advance.to day at 2.45 on dated 06/02/2020 I received different mobile apple tree y 1 which was low quality mobile that means bookmyphone has cheated me ,I am requesting to bookmyphone either you send me the booked mobile or refund my money to collect the delivered mobile. thanks
