I returned my order as it didn't fit me. But it has been a month they have not given me my refund. When I ask they they say that they will send a bank form in 3 days but it has been a lot of 3 days and I have received no such form. Whenever I ask them they say that I have to wait for 3 days. Now I asked them and they told me to wait for 2 days

I am Ruchika Swami My order id is 230104181243191006 I have returned 3 Order (attached in the mail) those item where picked up by 10 days later your team was firstly delaying to pick up those items now when the item is picked up tomorrow by a deliveryman then in the evening i received message that my order pickup is failed (attached photo in the mail).I contacted with your whatsapp team and also talked to delivery partner on telephonic conversation (recording attached) he said your policy changes now my wait is over already your team picked the parcel by delaying it for 10 days and now you're messaging item is not picked all supporting documents are attached with this mail, Conversation with your executive is also attached .

I ordered two woolen dresses from urbanic and received only one item out of two, whereas I had paid for both the dresses.
I had multiple discussions with urbanic support team but they are denying to send/refund for the missing item.

I am frustrated with urbanic support. Strict action should be taken against them.

I order a top. I didn't like the quality and size so i return it. On 11th nov delivery boy came and took my parcel but it's been more than 48 hours but i didn't get my refund back.
They are so irresponsible they are not at all concern about my problem(refund).
I want my refund so plese help me out.

I ordered some items but I haven't received them yet. My delivery partner has himself rejected the order from my side. Either give me my order or then give me my money back. My order id is - 221002111507009002 ,I have placed a order from urbanic on 2/10/22 and paid through UPI and later it was canceled reason they said it is lost in transit, later they told refund will be credited within 3-5 days ,but now it's been already one month but I didn't got my refund amount and they are saying it is initiated 10 days ago but I have prove ,I have done mail to their email also but they are not solving my issue.

I had ordered the products on the 26th of September and it has been 22 days since the order, it still shows that the order has been shipped, the delhivery site is also not showing any movement of the package

I raised complain so many time that no one is came to pick my Oder kindly send someone for pick my return.. now it’s more than 10days you looser are saying that window is closed now u ur not going pick my Oder to looser pathetic service send someone today to pick my Oder and refund mt y amount..

My Order was placed in Urbanic on 7th October 2022. The estimated delivery was between 10th-11th October. Today is 15th October, &I haven’t received the order yet. The status says “the order has been shipped from Urbanic dispatch centre” on 8th October… Could you please look into this and give me an update ASAP or refund the amount? I order 2 item and they both are loose so I requested the return but my order not picked up by them its already been a week .they still showing awaiting pickeup nd pickup is scheduled but my order is not picking up yet i message on customer service so many times but they say is issue us resolved and all

I had ordered 3 items from urbanic last month but all the items were faded so I filed the return and on 25th September delivery boy picked the items and the return was about to get processed within 10 days, now it has already been 15 days but there's no reply from their side it's only showing that refund processed and will be credited in bank account within 7-10 days but it's already 15 days and I haven't got the refund.
I have also mailed them 2 times but there also no response also they have no customer care number.
With due respect sir/ma'am
Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

I ordered some items but I haven't received them yet. My delivery partner has himself rejected the order from my side. Either give me my order or then give me my money back. If I don't get my more late then I will put a complaint against your application for fraud. Don't take so much advantage of someone being silent. Right now I am requesting you to return my money or order anything. Chat on customer care then those people also do not help Just saying they are concerned, orders will come, and many more. But now I am also irritate that which application takes 20 days to order and don't know about your application, when will the order be received?

I placed my order on 14th july and it is prepaid order. It was expected to be delivered between 21st and 25th of july.The status of the order is not updated since 22nd july.I called the currier company they told me my order is yet not handed over to them it is still with Urbanic. I mailed Urbaic they are not providing any progressive update and now they are not replying to my mails even. I want the delivery in 2 days or I want my money refund

I have registered a return application for order no. 220714200148064001.
I was unable to contact the pick up person on the scheduled day of pick up i.e. 27th July 2021. Since I could not give him the otp code the guy returned with the promise to pick up the item the next day. However I have been aiting for my order to be picked up so I can receive my refund amount but o one has come and the pick up guy doesn't answer his phone. Please attent to this matter urgently

I have ordered gym suits which is on prepaid. Due to wrong number updated on account delivery boy denied to deliver my order. He visited only once on 21st july. Afterthat I have raising this concern to Urbanic customer executive continuously they are not resolving my issue they are making excuses. They are only giving timelines again and again. If i see my tracking status in that i can see out of delivery and customer denied the otp again and again. But customer executive not visited after 21 st july but he is updating the status wrongly. Kindly cancel my order and refund my money.

Hi, I'm Muskan. I have returned one product (pants) on 30th May. The order is 220519100046042002. I was believed that the refund money will be returned in 7-10 days, but it's 2 weeks now and i still have not got any refund yet. I have just started shopping through online brands and it's creating really bad impact when it comes to refund. I want my money to be refund ASAP.

product was delivered on the 5th of june. Initially i was not able to create a return request , after 2 days i was able to create a return request but now after 48 hours no one has called for the reverse pickup
sent emails, messaged on instagram, went on chat through the app but no one helps.

I ordered 3 products from urbanic. First of they grayed out the option for COD and when i paid online after that i cancelled two products from there. And it mentioned amount will be refunded back to source within 3-5 business days. I placed ordered and paid for it on 28th May 2022 and today is 5th June 2022 date already exceeded but no refund amount back.
The order id is- 220528091634017001 i want to complaint against it as they don't reply quickly too. No resolution provided.

I ordered a dress of 690 in Feb after receiving the dress I didn't like the quality of the product then I proceed to the refund then there is no refund reflecting in my account...i gave all the details which your assister want...first she want my order details I gave then she tell me to give my accounts details in PDF format after many days I gave her th details then she want the transaction and withdrawl statements which I gave then she asked for the one statement of transactions where all the details are provided in one format where she wants the account no. Written on the top....which I am not going to give now once she wants the statement from Feb to march I gave all the statements....now the account information which I gave her to transfer the money did not reflecting any money in the account and there is no msg of transactions over there...now u tell me what is that issue and when it is going to solve.....if u are not able to solve it then I am going to report against ur app....now this is ur call....if u are going to attempt it then it is good for u because if I am going to attempt it call it is not gonna be good for u....hope u understand the things...this issue is continuously going delayed no response nothing else is given to mee...

After all these the urbanic app shows the status as refund is under process and will credit with in 10 to 12 days.

But still my refund is not credit.

So for this please help me for getting refund

My pick up had been done on 19 march and you're showing refund is cancelled.. Your delivery agent doesn't provider me any slip of pick up or I didn't recieve any message as well what kind of services you're providing to your customers it's been more than 8 days and i haven't received any refund yet.. Please deliver my refund ASAP

I have received wrong products from urbanic,i wanted to return that product and i request for return but no one came for pickup ,then i had complaint on twitter then they gave me a address and told me that kindly send us all the products we will help u.i sent all the products via DTDC to the given address, then they told me we received the products and today is not working day we will initiate your refund on Monday kindly wait,i did wait .i contacted on Monday then they told me we r sorry but your products was not clear quality check, i told them again and again i received wrong product then how will be clear quality check but they denied to helpe first executive was mehul arora,and second one was Mansi,i wanted to talk with any senior person but Mansi told me she is the highest level senior and she cut my call,i want my money back, please help me ,its a big amount for me 20,000 something.plz mr.yogesh agrawal help me.
