I have received a damaged jewellery from urbanic 10 days ago and reported the matter same day along with all evidence and documents they asked for. It has been 5 days already I have returned the damaged jewellery package and dropped several mails to their customers care email id but they don't care to respond. The hilarious part was they do quality check on damaged jewellery which I didn't get. Its like they fix it and foul some other customers with it. Anyway all my concern is they didn't address the issue and don't respond the customer even after dropping several mails. There is no Escalation email id, so basically you are stuck with a customer care ID where nobody reply at all. I don't even know if I get my refund back. Horrible experience with urbanic and now i have learnt a lesson, no way I will be shopping from this website.

And also returned all the product in 1-2 days still i did not get my refund what type of quality check is going on? Now they are saying they didn’t got the product but in the app it is written items picked up. I have given all items to delivery boy they are trusting on delivery partner as they were saying they also dont picked what type of rubbish company is this and their partners too these types pf e-commerce website will be banned in india as they fooling the customer. I have also share the pictures where it has written item has been picked up

It's been more than 3 weeks and i haven't received my refund money

Ive returned 2 products to urbanic worth 2500 it has reached their warehouse since 1 feb its under quality check.
I shuld have received the refund by now , but everytime i talk to an executive they tell me its under quality check wait for 3- 5 days.its been 11 days now n no other option to contact dem.

I get the same repeated answer but no refund.

I ordered few clothes from Urbanic on 23rd Jan. Received it on 27th Jan and immediately after trying them I returned it because the size was too small. They picked it up on 28th and since then the refund is not initiated. They don’t have proper customer service to talk only chats in which they say the same thing again and again that the quality inspection is yet to be done. Please get me my refund money it’s around 5000?.

Hey i order 2 products worth rs 3207 I created the return in 02/01/21 but due to technical from there is got cancelled for no reason... Then the have taken the offline return request for my products it's being more than 15 days they are not creating return.. And they have given 24-48 hrs waiting for so many times

I have ordered a sweater and also paid the money on November 26 but still I have not got my product.. I want my money back because I have not got my product it's already 2 months

The size of Urbanic ZIPPER T SHIRT is really very small so I want to return it and want refund back. The product is absolutely new with tags so want to return.

I have ordered a sweater from Urbanic and the product is of bad quality.
I want to return this Product but can not do as in the Urbanic application when I log in with my email or phone number it does not show my details.
This is the same email address and phone number on which i have received their email with order id.

I ordered from urbanic, the product they sent is second hand and is of bad quality.
Since I placed the order I have been receiving messages and emails but can not see my details in their app when I log in.
I want to return this product but since my details and order is not in the app I can not return it.
I tried to explain this on urbanic chat, but they did not help.

Really bad service. I had ordered 5 items on 20th Sept and today it's 15th Oct, it's been more than a month I haven't received the order. Every time I text them on Facebook or Instagram, they ask me to keep patience and sometimes they say that order is stuck for customs at Delhi and sometimes they say there is some technical issue and the order will be delivered in 6-7 business days. I wonder when will they deliver the order and in case if i want to return any product, how much will I have to suffer again????
