My order number is 211108235651008001 is returned on 14th November and I've not yet received my refund. It's been more than 10 days now.
I have placed an order on 29th september and today is 19th october yet i haven't received my order. When i placed the order it said it will deliver between 9th to 13th october. And it's been 20 days now. They haven't delivered the product.

The size was wrong of the cloth delivered. XXL was the size I ordered but I received L size
Delivery is late. Initially it was supposed to be sent on 30 September but delivered on 8th October.
After placing the order I received a sms that it's out of stock.
Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with shopping experience.
I had placed a order of upto 4.5k on the 19th of September and the delivery date shown was 30th September to 3rd of October but it's hasn't been delivered yet the site has stopped showing further status of the order

I had ordered few items from Urbanic on August 31st 2021.. it was shown that delivery by sept 12 to sept 15.. I ordered this for an upcoming event around that date.. even after 10 days the items are still under processing.. while contacting customer service they are saying they cannot assure delivery date due to covid.. then why was the delivery date given at the time of payment.. even I made prepaid payment also.. if the order is getting delayed it'll be of no use.. I need measures to make the delivery as fast as possible
I've ordered for products on urbanic on the 24th August but till date my product was not shipped.I email the customer support but their reply is that the product is under preparation stage.Ive also made full payment of the products.

This shopping app/site called URBANIC is duping customers showing amazing collection of clothes which is a replica of aliexpress/alibaba sites and one can easily fall prey to the kind of products being shown which is in reality totally discrepant. For instance the quality of the clothes, material everything is just too cheap as opposed to the pictures.
Their motive is to making a customer go for refund. Once you request a refund, the money is not refunded irrespective of the time and requests. That apart, they don't have a customer care no. on the app. I requested a refund amount which is pending for long so searched for their number online and got one. When I called their number a guy picked up the call (ph. +91-8797150591 / 9883251810) talking very politely and asked me to fill a form opening the link (looked FISHY) via message in order to get a refund. That's a kolkata number and the person on phone was a bengoli.
When I responded saying why do I need to fill a form for my refund and he sensed that am doubting and started abusing me in filthy language. he also had the guts to say that they will not refund the amount unless my UPI details are disclosed by me and the form is filled up. I of course denied but the kind of behavior and language he was using was foul crossing the limits of vulgarity.

I ordered my dress of rs. 1577 one jeans and one top on 23 aug 2021 today 3 sep 2021 delivery of my order was pending so plzz give order earlier because I have to wear this on my some special day so Or order delivery happening time is just 4 to 5 but 10 days happen so plzz make it fast
This is pathetic Urbanic firstly has send me wrong product and secondly the other products were supposed to be picked up for exchange or return due size problem and pathetic pathetic service but no one has called me from Urbanic.I only received mails saying my issue is resolved like whitold them . I as customer so frustrated with this service. I will definitely take it further.

I ordered a top from urbanic but the size is too big for me so i return it but they didn’t get my money back i ordered the top on july and return it on one week but the money is not back now august started and my money didn’t back i messaged on urbanic customer service also but they did no response!!! I’m very angry and worry about my money i needed my money back Urbanic are a bunch of crook...

And till now they have not shipped my order. Everytime i reach out they dont reply correctly. I got a call from Urbanic, the girl said we ll be shipping your order in 24hours . But i have no update on the shipping.
This is a prepaid order m so furious. They are literally scaming people
I ordered a track pant and t shirt on 17th July and it came after 11 days. The delivery is so late. And also the product is not good so I want to return the item. At the time of ordering the return policy was available. But there is no option for return. And the customer service is also not replying. It's terrible.

5 month pass no sign of my refund. I return the itams the next day of delivery because i got the wrong items. I am sick and tired of repeating the same words over and over again. It was the biggest mistake choosing arbanic.
