Sir, I live in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I draw your attention towards the unjust electricity bill I got for the present month, the amount being Rs. 11746.00 with the target to pay before 16.07.2020. I have been charged bi monthly. The charges vary drastically. I use the same power. The initial charge of Rs. 1.50 is getting increased to Rs.6.60 when the usage increases. . Now, isn’t this absurd? On 21.02.2020, for the previous two months, the consumed power was 510 units. Accordingly, I was charged Rs. 1846.00. They did not take the reading for the next two months and charged me the earlier charge of Rs.1846.00 as ad hoc on 21.04.2020. They have taken the reading for four months now which comes to be 2520 units and calculated exponentially, the bill being Rs.11746.00. If they had taken the reading for the last two months, the present bill would have been just halved. Have I to pay for their negligence? Kindly relieve me from his head ache sir. Let the bill be imposed uniformly as per the usage please.

I have ordered two half pants for total amount of Rs 754 on 30th June to the on line shopping company THE LUCKYMEN, payment made through the on line portal of the company which was advertised in Face Book.
After receiving payment company acknowledged and send me a mail that the order is confirmed. Order number mentioned in company’s mail is T5900. I waited and did not receive any delivery confirmation and then started follow up, I have sent at least 4 mails but no reply yet. If they can not deliver they should return the money. Face Book should check the company details before advertising for the company. We consider authentic companies are allowed to advertise in Face Book not others.
I had purchased 2 suits from Jharonka on 6th March 2020. i received one of the suits by 13th March but did not like the material so placed a return request on the same day. After repeated reminders, they finally picked up my return suit on 24th June. After that they sent me a mail that they cannot ship my second suit as it is out of stock. I asked them to refund my money for both suits but they are not doing it. I have sent several emails and reminders but now they have stopped responding to my mails and are not refunding my money. They have not mentioned their contact number anywher also! Pls Help!!

I have received a product which is not the product which dey have shown in the image..... i dint receive my refund even after sending back the product to the address mentioned in the package through courier.... I don't know any other way 2 contact them..... Hoping for the reply and refund...
