I booked the flight tickets through GOIBIBO.
My flight PNR No : YYP8RP. That flight was cancelled by Air lines itself (SpiceJet). But Goibibo is giving E voucher instead of returning money back. V sent email regarding this as v r not interested in e voucher and no future plans to air travels. Please refund our amount. There is no response even customer care number is also not working.Any way they r not returning money and trys to cheer passengers. Could you take the necessary action and do the justice.

1. I had bought a nimbus model of asics grey color for a payment of Rs 14000 on 27Dec 2019. The performance of the shoe has been good over the two month period, however it was during the third month that I observed that a right shoe had developed a tear just above the toe joint area and towards the inside of the shoe. Pic of the tear is attached.Due to d lockdown I was not able to visit d store
2. It is requested that the shoe be replaced as it is still in the warranty period and the tear is not inflicted due to any misuse which is apparent from the picture.

I order a product on clubfactory.com app on 20 june 2020 but it is not deliver or showing any shipping movement until the order is conform by the seller.I call customer care but he argued with me .He told me give me your account number or ATM number to transferring money and say to download different app to sharing the details.I told him that I pay the amount by PAYTM UPI then you have to refund the amount in PAYTM UPI or your company wallet. But he again argue with me.
Please resolve this conflict and provide me my order as early as possible.
