I have received a wrong damaged product. No one is ready to pick it up back too. Horrible experience. I am not able to connect to them only. The number they have provided is switched off. And other's aren't taking up any responsibility.

I have purchased a kurti with order id : 1346517059169.
After receiving wrong product, i sent product to given address by feskur by curier and email the details alog with curier receipt. They mailed me that they can transfer money only to my feskur wallet. I agreed. After that i waited till today for my money back. They said that feskur wallet is accisible only through feskur account... I didnt create any account at the time of purchasing. Soi asked them how can i access that.. They replied by your phone number. But at the time of login, site required password also along with mobile number and as i said i dont create any account so how can i have any password. This is so irritating and not the way of doing business.
Ordered 2 beyblade with total invoice amount of 798, amount of rs. 398 each. However received only one.. I paid the amount thru my debit card online. Order number is SO284354752, either deliver the product or refund the amount of Rs. 398
I have invested in Sahara E. Shine in 2012 and it was matured on 20th June 2020. In spite of many follow ups with the agent they has not released our money. Our Sector is Pawal Sector (Haryana) M.no. 25161200428.
They told us that your money is safe and you will get it with interest, but we know other peoples in our group those who has also invested but they also did no get anything..
Kindly raise this issue...
