I have ordered a Burberry bag from smartylooks.in and they send me another cheap bag which is entirely different from what I ordered...now they are not responding for return or refund....

Im a premium paid member to search bride for me in this website. They called me to sell the membership and explained the package details in which they didnt ever mentioned about the limitation in message requests.And they mentioned its unlimited over the call and only because of that reason, i purchased the package. In payment option page also they have mentioned its unlimited. But in the bottom of the page, they have mentioned in very tiny letters and that too in very light shade which nobody might notice unless they are notified about this information being printed there. They are now saying after i have sent 3000 requests, they added me 4 times 200 messages again. Then they are now saying I cant even send a normal interest to anybody .the normal interest sending facility is availed evwn by the free members.I have used it to send interests when i was free member. Any member who joins here, his/her ultimate goal in this website is to send interest and get the response from the profiles they like. If that faciloty is not being provided, i dont think they are doing justice for what they have sold to me.

I booked one battery H12348 for Jio dongle from jaldifata.com on 14th May 20, 3:30 pm. As cod not available I paid the full amount of Rs 379.00 by net banking of Axis Bank Ltd. After payment I received one mail that my order no. 963997342 will be delivered after lockdown ie. after 1st June which was not said before paying. To day is 7th May and I have not received any information from their side, neither I contacted with them after so many mail to the customer care. I couldn't understand that am I will got my battery or forbidded the amount.

I placed kryptone note 9 pro mobile order on 3June2020 from ezeephone website but not received any mail from them side. Due to cvid 19 COD not available then I paid money online from card that's time I got successfully massage from on the site after not login our profile. Provide mail id are not correct and today I searching customer care number (9832182782) on Google , I talked them they are said your order has canceled kindly provide your google pay number for refund , they are asking personal details for cheat .
Kindly do needful and taken strongly, again no other person cheat
