BUT TILL NOT RECD ITEM AND NOT RECD THE DESPATCH DETAIL ALSO NOT RECEIVED, WHEN I LOGIN IN TO PHONESKART.IN IT SHOWS Website is Under Construction.

I booked my FD of Amount 10000 on 16-APRIL-2020 thru Rupay debit card with last 6893 number of Oriental Bank of Commerce's account with xxxxxxx xxx0591 number. Amount Debit from my Bank Account but I don't get any FD booking Confirmation from Indusind bank and don't get any FD booking Reference number. I Contact many time to customer care but don't get any response from them. I also send many mails to them but don't get any response.
Kindly give me my FD number or get my amount back to my account which i was used for booking FD.I attached screenshot of my net banking statement and sms which i got that time of amount debit of 10000.

We have paid Rs.3000 for the mobile Vivo Z1 pro through online in your website. But we didn't get any mail or sms regarding the payment confirmation or shipping details of the product ordered. Also there is no way to cancel the order. We just want to know whether your website is genuine or fraud? Pls do reply otherwise we will be forced to file a complaint on u regarding this issue

Respected sir, I bought one pair of shoes from Battershoes.com Rs.490/ on dated 29/03/2020, my order number is #16181, its their contact number 9875429764, when I call him ,they call back another number and tell me they send a active sms which I forward to9004676782 this number from my bank registered mobile number. I am not forwarding their activation sms. So plz sir I confirm that they are cheated people by froding bank details. So please take action against them and to help me for getting my money.

Sir, Wrongly I ordered a Speria 9 note pro phone on Dt 8/4/20 and payment also done online which amount is 4299/-.I want to cancell my order and I also sent email for this on Dt 8/4/20 and 13/4/20.But until not refunded my money.

How can a website let someone put up a number like that without verifying if its theirs or not? There is no option to report is to the site also that they can take it down.
