Respected sir, I have booked one pair of shoes No 221 from Battershoes.com paying prepaid thorough card payment of Rs.490/ on dated 29/03/2020, my order number is #16366. I contacted on their contact number 9875429764 on dt 24.04.2020 I was replied that the order has been cancelled though I have not got any information regarding cancellation and also replied the refund amount will be credited within next 24 hours. Then I called again on the above contact number on 26.04.2020 I was replied that it is being observed and after that the number has been switched off. Then I contacted on another number 08101179172 on 27.04.2020 and request to refund the booking amount, then I was advised to download "ANYDESK" application which is used by the cyber criminals to cheat in the point of view of most of the banks and therefore. At last I argument to not to download the above application, then the receiver scolded me with vulgar language and disconnect the call. In this context , I think it is a fraud company and planned to cheat the customers by means of cyber crime. Therefore, I request to take legal action against the above company and arrange to refund of our money so that I will be remain grateful to you. Thanking you.

I purchased my phone last april 2019 and after months it started creating problems like not charging , charging port not working , fingerprint sensor not working and many more , I even visited the service centre but there was no solution to my problem . The service centre also did not provide me with the job sheet number anytime .
I am stuck this time as my phone is not working and demand an immediate replacement

When I Checked With Make My Trip , There Was No Such Credit /Refund Made So Far And No Response From Make My Trip.
Kindly Help To Get My Refund Amount Back To My RBL Bank CC Account.

Today I contacted another number 08101179172 and requested to refund the booked amount then, I was replied to down load "ANYDESK" application which is not advisable by the bank authorities due to chances of fraud .So in this context, I suspect that the above said company is a fraud and try to cheat the customers through cyber crime.Therefore I request to take legal action against the above said company so that the all the people along with me could be able to get justice and also arrange to refund our booked amount for which I shall be remain grateful to you.
