Micro Wave not warking
As I have ordered the product before 1 month till now I didn't even delivered the product...The product that I have ordered is black sandals(walkway)
On 14 August 2020 I recevied a message from hdfc bank that an amount of RS 1099 has been deducted from your hdfc account from APPLE. COMBILL
Today I have made recharge of Rs.379 through Airtel App, money deducted from SB account but it is not reflected in my mobile no. 9699631030. Outgoing service is yet to be statrted.
Pls. make the recharge of Rs.379 or return the said amount on priority.

In furtherance to our Communication dated 13th November, 2017, the summary of account is as under:
    1. Security Deposit Rs. 25000.00-
2. Amount payable against commission Rs. 35119.78-
3. Channel Partner’s + DSR’s (if any) unused Prepaid ER*# Rs. 42.63
4. Prepaid ER unused balance with the retailers attached to master sim as per ETOP Tree*# (if applicable) Rs. 24977.38
5. Channel Partner’s + DSR’s (if any) unused Postpaid ER* Rs. 0.00
6. Postpaid ER unused balance with the retailers attached to master sim as per ETOP Tree* (if applicable) Rs. 853.00
#The amount is net of discount and GST/ taxes. In case we receive evidence of GST payment, the same will be added to this amount.
*The amount of ER balance shown in sr. nos. 3 to 6 in the above mentioned table are the balance as on end of 29.11.2017 . The exact balance amount on the day before the final statement date will be considered to be the final amount.
With regard to Paper Recharge (PR), please let us have the details of PR purchased by you after 1st April 2017 and held by you in the market which are unused/unscratched as on 30th November 2017 in the format given to enable us to quantify the amount payable to you thereon. The details be sent to us at the email id i.e. tradepartnersinterface@relianceada.com and a hard copy at the address given below. The unsed PR details should reach us before 10th December 2017. The PR should be retained by you for our verification and further instruction regarding the same.
Further all collection (if applicable) made on behalf of the company and not transferred to company account will be recovered from the above balance.
You will also receive a communication on your TDS / GST certificates (if applicable) from us shortly.
The statement of account of uncleared balances as on 29.11.2017 is attached for your ready reference. The final amount of payment will be made in six monthly installment beginning January 2018.
We are attaching the draft of the letter of confirmation. Please arrange to send the same and any other documents relating to the subject matter at the following address:

We had ordered an MI Band 4 in a Buy 1 get 1 free deal from the site ESSENTIALSME.COM which was to be fulfilled by the site and the above mentioned retailer Soundmonks.in.
The package we received also mentions buy one get one free as well as the above mentioned product details.
But when opened, the package had ONLY ONE UNBRANDED SMARTWATCH. Instead of what we had ordered and expected and paid for in cash, we received a falsely packaged and wrongly fulfilled order.
Further more when we tried to contact the site or the retailer neither responded to us.
This is in clear violation of our consumer rights and we should receive a full refund of the amount paid immediately.
Punitive action should be taken against this retailer and the sales website.
The dealer unnecessary spare parts not informed to change before 2 days owner change spark bluk one month before change air filter and 3 months before change break show and good condition for 3 spare parts but today service inform to that spare parts change information to show room staff but not informed change this spare parts get auction please.

I have been threaten by three boys today morning they came in white color car and the car was eecho and they forcely pushed me inside the car and was threaten me saying “stop saying anything about anyone’s sister or brother” they were just repeating this statement and besides that only person was saying rest were talking in a very low volume with each other apart from this they put one knife on my throat and was saying if this thing will repeat then you’ll be murdered and also From the starting when they pushed me into the car one person was asking me one address and the other one came and put a piece of cloth on my eyes very tightly in the last they threw me from the car I couldn’t see anything apart from the white color car

Fraud company making people fool by fake agreements .
Its a 800 pages form filling project for 7 days per page 25 rs.
I submitted the work but at the time of payment they asked for 4000 rs as a penalty of inaccurate forms. They did not mentioned my mistake clearly and didn't paid for my work.

Today I received my package and the delivery boy charged me 1070 instead 1017 rs later when I contacted him he said he will Paytm me but till now no response
As per Consumer Protection Act 2019, and as per the guidelines under this act shows that shopkeeper should provide carry bag to customer for goods they buy from that shop. But this D-mart Avenue Supermarket LTD where i purchases goods and products for which they hadn't provide me with carry bag and when i ask them for it, they started arguing and told me to file complaint. I hope and request you to take action against this company.
