I pinky MANOJ JAISWAR is filing this complain on orion technology as they troubling me mentally on 4th august a lady called me that there is work from home its registration is 4700 but they will not take fees immediately they will deduct from my payment.she told me that 20rs per page and their is 700 pages of target within 1 week I have to submit I agreed abt it I registered it on 4th august and got my work 11 th august was last submission date I submitted my work on 11 th but I got msg QC pending I called the lady who called me but she didnt received my calls so I watts up her but she didnt replied she replied me on 12th august she sended me email address and helpline she said send them I called on helpline but no use but after that I send my problem through emails but no use I send 2 times the email but no use I thought their must b some problem.2day that is on 14 august I called that lady from my husbands no and she received and she told that I will get call regarding it but after that I received call from advocate named Priya sharma that she is claiming penalty case on me n she should me that I should b present in Gujarat court when I didnt agreed abt it she sended me notice on my email that she is claiming 34,700 penalty on me after that I was calling the who called me through my husband no but she didnt received and after that again I got call from her side that he is her assistant and confirming my address but I didnt replied after that I got one text msg that they claiming case on me abrirator process n they r giving me one chance they asking for out of court settlement I should call on that no for settlement but I didnt replied but after that they sender me another msg that they put case on me ....pls help me because they r torturing me mentally

On 21st July 2019, I had purchased an autocop trackpro equipment from M/s Shri Krishna Car, Dilshad Garden Delhi for my car bearing registration no. Baleno DL5CQ 7985. The product model no. 2000(A) VTS no. 5754120002965 was under warranty for a period of one year expiring on 19th July 2020 copy of warranty card attached. The product stopped working on 30.6.2020 for which I tried to register my complaint through telephone on so many occasions but no one answered the call at the given number. I therefore lodged my called through email at their registered email id customercare@autocop.in on 1st July 2020 followed by a reminder on 19th July 2020 and various phone calls.There has been no response from their side till date leaving me in the state of loss and helplessness.I request that they may be ordered to rectify the problem along with damages for mental harassment or refund me the entire cost of the equipment along with damages for mental harassment.
