I had ordered a simple leaf anklet of Rs111 but instead got another product that has not been ordered by me. I have got a ring instead of an anklet
I recived product after I swa the product same day I applied return but pickup not confirmed due to Covid-19 I chose the option mail by my self it's also nt active this is rediculos

I holding SBI GOLD card, recently I applied other BPCL card and issuing me BPCL card but they are reduced my Gold card limit, then I am distressed with this as well not posted me hard copy of card pin, I am tired to contact card department. Then I make mail to SBI Card department, at the time lock down period so they are not answering my mail, when I have received card then I have requested to closed said card and revert my Gold Card limit.
Over and above they are charging fine to due amount actually card charges and fine amount totally wrong. Kindly check my earlier mail with the bank.
At the time running lockdown period so they, contacted me on June 16th and billed me fine and interest more than original amount. Actually, they are failed to contact/ answering me that time now, I am not responsible to any charges of BPCL card.
Now I am requesting to you for this issue resolution.

Already when I have received the BPCL card Limit with 50000/- and reduce my Gold card limit, then I am distressed with this policy, and at that time I request you through mail for cancel/Close my BPCL card.
Without activated card at my end, I could not received any reward point against card fee of first year, Then too you should charges BPCL card fees?
It is totally wrong charges, kindly withdraw all charges of my BPCL card, and revert me my GOLD card limit.
Now your time limit also over. Resolve my issue as early as possible. Kindly note that I am not responsible for any payment of BPCL card.
If you reverted my all charges then too you failed to back my Gold card limit.

I had booked a prepaid dress of Rs. 999.
But the product delivered was not the one I ordered. Then I contacted the customer care number of this website(9344156582), who took the UPI ID of our bank account and scammed 5000 rupees. He agreed that he has the money. But didn't send it back to us. And from next day didn't pick the calls. Contactrd another number, he also didn't take any under taking. Soon later we got to know that they are frauds. Please report this website for none of the employees working behind it are genuine.
