I have ordered a ceiling fan online on 10 may 2020 and make payment of 1477. Order number is 963983384 Nether fan delivered nor money refunded. Co. After mail their customer care they Send a mail that they will deliver after 8th June but still not delivered, now When I trying to call on their customer care on given number, after ever 2 min 9 second the phone disconnect without giving any reply, I feel I m cheated. Sir, I was purchased a product as EV 900 Digital Microtech Inverter, VCR 15-32 on Sept-2019 from flipcart with contact mobile phone number- 6295935681 with warrenty the said item. Due to defected the said inverter on 21/06/2020 at 01:30 pm I contacted with ph.6295935681. After received my call a person give me his identity of flipcart staff and says me to give him Debit Card numbers for registration of repairing the inverter. I was faith him as flipcart staff and as per his demand I was given him me and my wife 's debit card information as per his requirement (Audio record having in my mobile). After that he says me waiting for his staff who will be coming for repairing the said inverter on 21/6/20 at 1530 hrs. But no any mechanics found till and I fallen in doubt. Then checked my and wife 's Debit card balance and found 18000/- INR withdrawn from our accounts. Plz see the matter as urgently as soon as possible and obliged thereby.
