This AC not working properly please provide service at earliest

This month bill has come 4times more... I stay with my mother only two of us and we are using the same amount of electricity every month during summer I agree that bill is supposed to come a bit more then usual. But 4times is not acceptable at all. And during this lockdown I am unable to reach any of the Adani electricity staff. I visited MIDC branch Andheri East for the complaint but there were no staff to help.

I have searched in google to apply for passport in online. Then I seen www.mpassportseva.in website for applying passport. I have submitted all the details and asked to pay 3000 rupees, I have paid that also. Later I just got a msg from my respective bank stating that 3000 rupees amount has been deducted but no communication till now happen from mpassportseva.in. when I'm trying to contact the contact number provided in website, that guy is not answering to my calls and msgs. After some time that mobile number got switched off. I want my money back please do support and take necessary action.
