I have a car insurance of "Shri ram general insurance" .I claim but my case is closed without any information and when I call to any senior authorised person to know the status of my case then nobody inform after 2 month when I call them then they informed me my case is closed due to old damage and nobody told me what's old damage.not I try to contact them no one attend my call. And now workshop wants parking charges 350 per day . I am middle class person so I am not able to pay. Kindly arrange me a call back .and resolve my issue. I want court case to them.
