I ordered this earrings from club factory app on 30 june 2020. I didn't heard about the banning of the sites. The day i placed my order it got dispatched on the same day and my order arrived on 8 July but sadly it wasn't the one i ordered. It was a ring when i actually ordered earrings. The amount which i paid was Rs 113.99 but the amount printed on the invoice and the actual packages was so different. I tried opening the app but it didn't show up the contents so i couldn't register a complaint or return. I tried contacting the club factory on social medias like facebook both Clubfactory India and club factory international . Also emailed them but they didn't respond at all and left my messages on seen. i wanted to return and get my refund but i am not being able to do anything. would be nice if you'd help me out.

Because of the bad quality and fad color , i returned it in same condition. But club factory company has rejected my refund application due to quality check/inspection as per i received the message.
