Regret to inform you that one of the speaker is malfunctioning since 25/03/20.
I understand that there is a replacent policy within a period of one month from the date of purchase and the warranty is for 12 month from date of purchase.
Request you to kindly arrange to replace the earphone with a new one.

I didn’t interest. But status showing because of covid not moving fast. Today morning I got call same from Snapdeal 1200 Rs amount you will pay you want that frock. I don’t want anything. I, Juhi ordered three products on 26th May '20 with order number SO282219047 ,SO282219046 and SO282219045 respectively. On 3rd June '20 I received message that product has been delivered successfully having order number SO282219047 but I didn't receive the product, on 10th june I got another message stating that my package order SO282219046 has been delivered successfully but this time also I didn't receive any product and there is no information regarding the third product.
