My parcel as tracking ID-2610802163 through ECOM EXPRESS in India reach my town on 13/07/2020 at delivery center, due to the Covid situation I approached with all documents in my mobile they refused to handover for several times by telling the cause of return to origin in system which bought from Club Factory and dealer name Warth Overseas Pvt.Ltd.

I have ordered a product with order no SO29022919079833 from club factory on 30/06/2020 and the seller cancelled my order but didn't refunded the amount till 23/07/2020 when I tried to contact the company one of its executive fid a fraud and instead of refunding amount or taking my complain gave me a link and when I clicked on that my account got debited from which I ordered the product .
I want my refund + my deducted amount + compensation for all this bully from company or that fraud person Manish(West Bangal) as the company will have the details about that fraud person .
Else I will have to file a case against it
I ordered a product on 30/06/2020 from club factory seller cancelled due to non delivery but I didn't received refund till 23/07/2020.

i order four products from club factory online application on 30 june by paying online. but only two order i had received . the other two ( order no-29023710678250,2902380698250 ) i haven’t received yet.
but on 14 july and 18 july i got this message that my order has delivered.
i already paid the money and they are not delivering my order and giving me false messages .
so kindly see to it and resolve my problem. i had got two false messages.these two order i haven’t received and i haven’t shared any otp with anyone.so help me by returning my money or delivering my order.

on 28-jun 2020 i had order 1 product which amount is around 1970, after that i wait upto 15 days but no response from club factory customer care, i try to sending mail and ceiling, but no response coming from club factory team, almost 27 days gone still product not get
