I have purchased a shirt from club factory app when I recieve a shirt it was defective then i palce a refund process after that courier staff has come and pick up the shirt . After that 30 days has gone but refund has not come to me yet . I will palced a complain in ombudsman also. Now app has been closed from play store and no. Is also not rechargeable.
