As per your guideline the Myntra credit which was transferred to my account is unusable since it asks for an otp
I haven't been using that number for about 7-8 years and there is no option for me to get a new sim with the same number since it isn't registered to my Aadhaar
so, I request to kindly transfer it to my account, it mentioned that Myntra sends an option for transferring the money to the bank or my Myntra credit and i received none, maybe on my registered number but there was no notification on my Email regarding this
I hope you can kindly look into this matter since this isn't a small amount considering I'm a student, I can give you all my details needed and proof to let you know I'm the one who is running the account itself and have genuinely lost the sim.

I've raised the return request on the same date of delivery even they 'd been cancelling my request without any reason. Not even picked up has happened. The product size is not fit

i would like to tell u that , i placed my order jan 23rd contains id :=MYNP0027965261,mam/sir i didnt received my order no body giving certain response about my order,i tired of everything can u please help make this issue highlight ,hoping for ur kind response ,it should be delivered on jan 27th not even delivered i traced many times i mentioned specfic address i dont know why it is delayed can u please find this delivered as soon as possible.
each and every courier as coming and delivery to my location ? why only u not delivering to specific my address mam/sir i already checked placed my order mam still not even got any response from u people can u please find it delivery as soon as possible.

I T.Sunitha, SB account holder A/C UBI,I would like to bring to your kind attn that on 16/7/21 I have ordered online on Myntra,done payment via online and received the deliverable but not satisfied and returned.
And for my refund when I opened Myntra customer care,the above number displayed and when called on that number,the person asked me to install team viewer and convinced me to enter 16 digit debit card number,so that I will get my refund immediately in my account,so I did the same and within 5 minutes,Rs.9,999/- got debited and iam shocked and tried calling that number again & again but no response,and that unknown person has blocked my number too.

Hence I request your goodselves to kindly look in to this fraud scam and do the needful to get my amount back.

Order number 1144555-9943358-0866803. Tistabene jewellery set costing rupees 3607 was returned to myntra and received back by them on 8th July, within time given. But refund has not been given. I have to return by courier without return ID because myntra app failed to generate return ID. Now there seems some procedural problem with myntra. But having received the item they should refund the amount.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would request your attention to this fraud created by Myntra. I had ordered jeans and 2 tops as a surprise birthday gift for my sister.
1. Jeans - size issue ( returned and payment initiated)
2. Top - Defective ( as soon as she received the top I checked for exchange but I couldn't find the option so I placed return order mentioning defective product received)
3. 2nd Top - Order cancelled as sending defective gifts is so embarrassing and I din want to send one more defective product.

Okay, now for the second top which was defective, I placed return due to defective product. The guy came and he said he needs to take approval from third party as the product is defective once he receives the approval he can take the product back.
I called customer care then she said that delivery guy said MRP tag was missing. I was like hunh? As soon as my sister opened the gift she called me and said it's torn from front and back side. So she hasn't even removed the MRP tag. Later after continuous day and night follow up finally customer care said it takes 3 days to solve the query and on 12th of Oct it will get resolved. I waited for 3 days. And it's 13th Oct. I checked my query update. It was written as resolved I requested customer care call on the website as we're unable to directly contact them. The executive said my return order was declined as the MRP mentioned on the tag and MRP mentioned online is different. I said what should I do with that. You go and check finger prints if you want. How can they become such a fraud company when we trusted them so much.

1.They charged me for a gift wrap but didn't wrap the product.
2. Continuous lies and lies, you can check their call recording.
3. They sent torn defective top and not taking responsibility of their deliveries.

Sir/ Madam, I want you to please stop this company from doing such frauds and fooling innocent people.

Hope you will soon take action against this company.

I order jainish trousers by mantra. When I got the parcel I saw that the trouser is different size.i ordered 32 size but I got 3o size trouser.same day I ordered to return my parcel and deleviery man return my parcel.next day he return my parcel in my address and hold to return.please return my parcel and unhold the return process and refund my money.if you not solve my problem I file case on mantra in consumer form.

I ordered two wrist is watches-tryst and danieel klien total worth Rs. 6689. I recieved a perfume and lipstick instead of the watches. Now myntra is just delaying and not resolving the issue or refunding ne the amount. I have given the images of the product as well as the invoice is also not in my name. I can't get how can such a reputed online platform could be so carelessly handling the customer services.

My order No. 1154283-1185191-1152301. I placed an order with myntra on 11th Oct, 2020 delivered to me on 13th October, 2020. The size of the product does not suits me. Now I wish to return my product but there seems to be no customer support also no details of the product is showing on the website also. I want my 1179 amount back.

I have ordered a kurta from your site and the product supposed to be delivered on 19th October. All of a sudden I received a message this morning which indicates my order is cancelled automatically due to some internal problem.

I have got gift voucher coupon of myntra for purchase i reedem the cupon and not allow to buy. Due to my mail ID is wrongly capture. When I raised request in c.c. executive he was guide me for open new account and send my I'd proof which is send before 15 days and still i am not getting my voucher and not allow to purchase. Every time your c.c. executive said wait for 24 hours . After 20 days query not resolved.very bad experience.
I have also submitted old and new detail of mail I'd and mb no. And also attached print screen which received call from c.c executive but without resolve call cut and not given any information for this.very poor service

I purchased a saree from Myntra with embellished belt but I didn’t get the belt .after calling Myntra complain no. They told me to download an app and share my card no..according to them after following this process I will get my refund for belt but after that I didn’t get my refund.and started getting messages of purchasing which I didn’t do

4 sets of curtains were delivered without price tags, I scheduled pick up due to poor finishing and color, however they said I have to reschedule as not tags r there, the no tags r there was confirmed by the pickup guy, did reschedule. Pickup also was done on 20-09-2020 and refund processed for 1 set on 27-09-2020. There is no refund done for other 3 sets now when I asked they said they will do it after asking them for nearly 10days and now they r scheduling pick up ,where will I give them the product already been picked up. Before on website it was showing refund on hold now it shows out for pick up. Please refund my money at the earliest

Issue with the delivery boy behaviour and attitude and didn’t get product return and refund

I've ordered two products from myntra on 25th of july and has returned both the products the next day.
It's been more than 2 months that my refund has not been initiated. I've complaint about this at Myntra customer care service several times but I'm always made to hear that my refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days. I'm sick of their harassment. I've all their mails.Myntra is a fraud company.
Now I seek to get my refund as soon as possible.
