Myntra Complaints Reviews Customer Care Number
I have order Dennis Morton men's Kurta worth rs 598. And they send me ladies Kurta when I request to exchange it. They don't accepted the order. Delivery boy told me its wrong product which you gave me. I complain to the company but they don't reply.
I have return product before month
Now I can’t use my credit amount because they have upload wrong number. So I m not getting otp on my number nor on register mail id
They delaying my complain

I ordered on 30sept2019 and my delivery date was 9th Oct but not delivered...still I was waiting for it but now I checked my status of order it's showing cancelled without any confirmation..
I was suppose to receive one refund of Rs.755 from www.myntra.com on 3rd of july... it’s been a month and i haven’t received a refund yet. I am almost calling everyday for this matter but they are just giving and excuse that contact your bank for the same. This is just scheme of taking money from customers. Please consider this issue and hoping to get result asap.
I recently placed an order with Myntra and payment was made online
Later status being showed delivered even when i haven’t received any package
And after calling their customer care executive they expect me to wait for 5 days
