I got wrong product from Myntra n when I return this product....Myntra don’t accept my return request because of different product.
I buy two shirts from Roadster due to the small size I exchanged but in that packet Only one shirt they sent and took payment of two shirts. Now they are not taking complain from me.
I ordered two curtains one is set of three and another is set of two I returned both of the product but did not get refund yet... Another item I purchased set of 12 opalware cup set but I received only six no proper response for this product also...
hye i ordered five product from myntra 2jeans 2shirts 1 cargo pant. but i sent it back bcz size ar nt fit to me

Wrong products deliver
I had ordered two item on last week.. after that I have returned immediately.but still no one has not came to collected the item. My amount have been delayed....
Help center has not working,Customer care service people's not ready listening my problem very waste condition.
I have to suggest the other people's .... It's a worest website... pls don't suggest the any one and don't use
I ordered a Rangriti Pink and white kurti but i got an used ,smelly and smaller size kurti. I placed an order for exchange but when the delivery exicutive came he doesn't exchange that product he said that when customer service approve that product then he will exchange it... 5th time i complaint in Myntra but they didn't gave me the product every time they say that we registered ur complaint... Five times they registered my complaint but didn't resolved my issue. Please do something.
I get an totally different product . And of very cheap quality. And i am unable to return this product
i ordered a mast n harbour beige trouser from myntra along with a roadster navy blue jeans. the package when received was tampered and mast n harbour beige trouser was missing and no action regarding the same has been taken till date.

The issue that I have experienced was: I placed an order with wrong address and delivery boy delivered the product at the mentioned address without my confirmation. I called the delivery boy and said to pick up the order back as it was showing delivered and when I called Myntra they advise me to raise a return request which I did. After that when I confirmed with the guards for the confirmation of the product they mentioned that its not there. I don't think its my fault at all so kindly check as order was not delivered to me and would request my money back.
It occurred on: 18/09/2020
I need my money back or product delivered to a different address.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

Order was placed on 24th of september which was estimated to be delivered on 1st oct which is now delayed on 4th october. And i hope that it will be recieved on 4th and not be delayed above that. Because after talking on the number mentioned of customer care they say the product is not available and we cant guarantee try ordering something else. I bought a kurta set of riva company from myntra that was defected. Customer care also not picking up my phone. If I complain in msg than also they first given me time of a week and after week also now they r saying 48 hours. That time limit is also over now there is again a msg of wait for 24 to 48 hours.
Product came with no price tag and price was written on the box of product instead. Wouldn’t replace cause no price tag on the product. I have bills, box, package and also the other tag on the product.
My exchange still not received nor money refunded how can co say issue is resolved and moreover it is your employee who wrote received damaged product product is not damaged ..kindly exchange it no6 or refund the money back
I bought a Anouk mojari from myntra.. They provided me a very old with full of fungus and was in a very bad condition.. I put the mojari on return on the very first day.. Satating its full of fungus I want to return it.. Next day the delivery guy told me that he will not take the product today and will take it tmrw.. Now it's been 6 days and they are not listening to any of the compalins I have raised.. Somehow I managed to call them... And filed a complain but the very next day without even notifying me they closed the query stating it was in a proper way.. I really want to sue them.. I want my money back and really want to be a voice for all those ppl who face this with myntra. Even if I wore that shoe for the whole day still in one day it will never be in such bad condition.. I have attached the image with this complain.. Please do check.. Help me to file complain against them..
We made a transaction on 1st of July 2020 in Myntra. First we tried to pay the amount via google pay and it was shown suspended. Normally when it shows like that the transaction will get failed and the amount will not be debited. So we again tried it by entering the debit card details and it got successful. The amount debited was Rs.2175(Ref No: 018323592961). However after some time the google pay transaction also got successful and the amount is Rs.2113(Ref No: 018318939237) .
Amount Rs.2175 was credited to Myntra and the order got placed successfully . We enquired with Myntra and cane to know that they didnot receive the amount . So we registered a complaint with our bank branch which is Canara Bank , branch : Sasthamangalam. After the enquiry we were informed that the other amount Rs.2113 was credited to Myntra (Axis Bank) on 7/7/2020. It has to be debited back to my account. Since then I have been waiting for the same but it never happened . Canara Bank manager says the amount is debited and credited to Myntra on 7/7/2020. However Myntra says they cannot find this transaction in their side. This is highly depressing . Please help us by doing the needful

I bought from American Tourists trolley bag Large size Rs.6600/- on 27th July2020 but it is completely different product and different size too not worth to money what I paid, i raised request for return and they picked up from me on 4th August 2020, but I didn't get my refund still now, they denied my refund, now i really don't know what to do, i didnt get bag and i didnt get refund also...plz help me to get my amount.
I have tried to place order for Mens lifestyle grey boxer for Rs.328 from Myntra on 9th August 2020 which got failed and order was not placed but amount was debited from my account.
This is not fair trade policy and also violation of the sale of goods act, 1930.
So, it is request to please refund my amount as soon as possible.

I’m Lt Shaurya vir singh serving in the prestigious Indian army and deployed in a forward zone, where it is not possible for me to connect to you daily and tell the same story again and again that the order id no 1143472-2760237-0877701 which I ordered on 08 June 2020 which was delivered by your company is mismatching.
The product is not the one which I ordered and it’s highly disappointing as I’m your regular customer and I have been feeling cheated at this moment as the company says the order was sent correctly, even after I've sent the pictures and bar codes of the wrong product delivered at my location.
Sir, you are requested to look into the matter and act asap as I have been dealing with this fraud for more than a month and no one is looking into this matter even after so many days and I’m afraid I have no option but to lodge a complaint at the consumer court for the same.
We as soldiers are giving our best for the country but things like this are enough to demoralise and it’s disappointing to hear your company is blaming me for the change of product which I won’t take it.
Kindly look into the matter asap.

I ordered a T shirt of Tommy Hilfiger from myntra with order number 1144611-0998960-7003901
on 21 june 2020.My order was confirmed on 21 june 2020 itself.
It was agreed that the product would be delivered 5–7days,but by today’s date I had not received the message for shipment of the product and its taking almost a month. Morover other products of the same order which are listed as being shipped are also not delivered yet.
I therefore request that you deliver the product within 1 weeks,Should myntra fail to deliver the product within a week,I will exercise my right to cancel the agreement and make sure not to trust myntra for the rest of my life.
