Hey I hope the manager reads this cause your employs are of no use I have spoken to more then 10 of your stuff members and everyone wants to just say a excuse and what they tell doesn't even work and sort my issue I cant log in to my account cause I don't remember my password and they are like contact your gmail and ask them for help like wtf its in myntra and you guys are the best never seen this service before thank you for wasting 6months of my time and if your under loss for surr you can borrow the ten k I have cause this is not the way you cheat people they logged me out of my account and never transferred the money
I've ordered one sketchers shoes for my dad price 3900 and today got delivered one local 100 rupees shoes
I ordered a product on 16 th September. I received 30 th September. It a catwalk flats. The cup size was too loose. It's not fit to me. I raised a return request. That courier boy came, than he took my product. But he did not updated. I lost my product, and refund amount also. In this pandemic situation, I raised a complint to myntra customer care but they does not resolve my problem
This is regarding a damaged product that was delivered to me on Sep 13th.The product was found to be a used one, several holes on it and colour had faded in patches. The courier person had verified with the product the same day it was delivered. Even after several attempts to reach out to the customer care, there have been no proper response. I still waiting for my defective item to be picked up . This is unnecessarily delayed . Please note that item is received damaged and same was pointed out to the courier guy the same day . Please arrange to get the same picked up and either refund or replace the same as soon as possible. We buy things on line with a leading online portal as yours to ensure we get the right and quality things .Please note if this not been initiated in next few days will compel us to further escalate the matter .
I ordered a no of products of which a packet containing 02 items (Dorothy Perkins tops - blue and white) were apparently delivered together. On opening the packet I had recieved a single product and that too a mens t shirt (United colour of benetton)- white with black striped. I filed a return request for one saying I got delivered a different product. While for the other I raised a complaint as a non delivered product. They refunded me for one but are claiming the other was delivered. Have made several complaints against same order. I keep getting told the product has been delivered.
Till date no product is delivered and they won't register a complaint or refund my money....neither are they delivering the product.
Recently I ordered wrogn active men black regular fit joggers with printed detailing of L size from myntra but In delivery package i got wrogn active blue t-shirt instead of the order I ordered than filed complain regarding wrong product delivery they replied that they delivered the right product which they didn't. So I want the refund of my product.
My request for exchange for order id 115326618822479403403 was cancelled by delivery boy as he had just one snap of the product which is only showing half of the product details due to which he is not able to compare the exchange product with the snap.kindly provide the details of responsible party and reason behind delivery boy inappropriate behaviour
One top was gifted to me by my friend for which exchange request has been made, and now due to no price tag attached on the product which is completely the fault of provider, I am unable to exchange the product. Apart from price tag, every other tag as was received along with the product is intact. Kindly look into the matter.
I had received a defective product again(Code by lifestyle fuzzy cardigan sweater Paid 2449\-) for the third time now. And I requested it for exchange but wasn't approve exchange for defect item. Item still kept as I received with all the tag ,so piss off seing the torn product as i unwrap the package.
I placed an order for 2 Crocs items amounting to Rs.4866 and paid for it through internet banking. The amount was deducted instantaneously but the order ID has not been generated till now. I submitted a complaint at the help desk but now I cannot even access the help section. Since Myntra doesn't have any customer valid support no. nor doesn't entertain through mails, I have run out of means to raise the issue.
I had orderes for a Daniel Klein watch and i received and empty box instead.
I have ordered a watch but received empty box, logged a complaint in their portal they have arranged a call and the executive informed me that the ticket has been raised on 2nd Oct.
Today I got the msg that the issue has been resolved with customer support.
Really pathetic.
I've ordered a sleeveless INVICTUS sweater but I was delivered a roadster full sleeve shirt. When asked for exchange the delivery boy refused to take back their wrong product saying that it's not their product at all. This is a perfect disgrace shown towards the customers. I want myntra to deliver the right product which I've ordered and take back their wrong product as soon as possible.

My order was not confirmed but 2558RS has deducted from my account,I'm trying to reach the customer care they aren't responding at all....
I ordered an allen solly summer yellow t shirt but they deliverd me asemi winter allen solly top which i intented to return but they have put my return on hold due to non approval ..and my issue is yet not resolved

I ordered 1 men's casual shirt and 2 hilglinder men's joggers on 12th September.
On 16th September I received my package.when I opened it I found that those products which I ordered were missing.i got a different product that was a ladies kurti.i got a ladies kurti instead of my 3 products.i pay at the delivery time ?1433/-
When I lodged a complaint then dicline my complaint saying that we delivered you the full package.we can't do anything now.
I ordered for an puma T-shirt and was delivered with a mongo Childers back colour T-shirt instead and when applied for return the person who came to pick my order back rejected it saying it’s not according to description and asked me to call costumer care and the customer care is not answering my call. The pice of the T-shirt delivered is just 550 and the price of the T-shirt I ordered was 1200 and I’ve paid for my order which is extra

I have ordered a mast & harbour blue denim women shoe from myntra. However, i have mistakenly mentioned the wrong pincode in delivery address. I have received a after some day from the ware house of myntra and they told me to cancel the order as the same cannot be delivered and they don't have option to cancel it from there end. I am not able to cancel the same since 27th September as there is no cancel option as the order is showing in transit. I have called myntra customer care on 28th September to cancel the same. However, they have raised a request for the same and ask me wait for max 72 hours. I have called them next day for status and they gave asked me to wait for 72 hours and i have requested a call back from senior twice but haven't received any such call. Today when i called the myntra customer care for status, she told me that request hasn't been raised for the same earlier and ask to wait for another 72 hours to get it cancelled. They are not providing any option to the customer to cancel the order neither they are cancelling the same from their end nor refunding the amount. They are harrasing me for a 3 days for a 2 minutes work and ask me to wait for another 3 days. Kindly look into the matter and provide me resolution at the earliest.
Agent was not good.. He did not handover my parcel to me.. He took back that parcel...
