Hello i have placed a order before 2 mnths suddenly they cancelled my order now i am trying my refund from past 1 mnth they are saying 6 days 2 days we are keeping track on it thats it please do the needful
my oder was a bts merchandise my oder no was SO29008472385922 for 6 days it is in 1 place it is showing thet is has benn shiped by the seller
We received one lower instead of ordered for two and made the payment for two on receiving the order. And the quality was also very poor so we returned the consignment. On 24th May we received a message from Club Factory to get our refund on 4th or 5th June 2020. But till today we haven't neither received any refund or any message. Kindly update us regarding our refund and oblige.
