I have paid Rs 242/- by debit card but no acknowledgement of payment and order received app of club factory shows mode of payment by Paytm I don’t know what is wrong and where.
Yesterday I was just ordered one item in ur club factory ...but now I have to cancel tht order ..so plz do cancel my order , my order number is (SO29012326086393) I'm just trying to cancel my order bt couldn't responding.....
It has been 5 month since I returned my order but I have not received my refund.

the problem is that now is long time to ago still i am waiting for refund but my refund not received by me when i have to call some one on there they always told me that it is not in our hand so i want to complaint against club factory they are a fake
and lost trust our customer please take action against them.
amount will be not refunded in my accounts.. there is automitiacally cancel seller to my order but it will be done 20 days above but refunded not in my accounts please do refund in my accounts
I return the product in march but still I didn't get refund back.. I called many times to customer care no answer I got

have taken the 2 in 1 nova straightner ...but that was cancel due to out of stock....got the messsage of refunding 2 weeks back but not yet recieved the money.
