I returned this item as I got the different colour from the colour I selected when I ordered. The return pick up itself is took more than an month due to covid -19 lockdown. After that also it took lot of time to delivered to the seller. I gave the packet as it is when I got it. But still it is rejected after delivered. Could you pls check and help to refund my money back. If they are not agreed for refund atleast gave my order back. Y should I need to pay 589 rs to them when the parcel is with them. It is not at all the right way. It is there mistake to send an different colour. Atleast they should the reject the return request before the pick up.i am unable to see the return details as well like what is reason for reject also.

I have paid for a saree booked one and half months before but it is not delivered yet. On compailing they just give us a messege that the complain has been registered and they will try to solve it within 48 hours but no action is yet being taken. On dialing the number from 3-4 days it is said to be incorrect. Since I've already paid for it i request you to please deliver it as soon as possible.on the app it is showing that we cant deliver the package due to covid disaster and on on calling the delivery customer they say that the package has not been received by them. So i request you to please take action and deliver it.
