My order number is SO282114984, and my return id is SON15920337355694059.I purchased a product from Clubfactory.I ordered a MYA Brand hookah flavors pack of 10, MYA is a popular hookah flavor brand in India.But the seller of Clubfactory has sent me a fake copy product of MYA brand named as DEE MYA.It was a fake local packing product, there was 10 boxes in it.All boxes were having flavor leakage (damage) from inside packets and boxes were wet.There was no Manufacturing and Expiry date on products.It is a smoking product, If it doesn't have Expiry date,how can we use it?.As I received duplicate and damaged product, I raised a return request on Clubfactory.Then my products were return picked and delivered to Clubfactory seller address.My products were taken return from me in unused condition.But that Clubfactory seller has rejected my refund.Also when I contacted Clubfactory seller, he has given me badwords and spoken in abusive language and blocked me on Whatsapp.He told me that,I will keep your products and also not refund your money.I will keep both, money and product,you can't do anything better don't return it.Then I contacted Clubfactory and told about this, they also didn't help me and rejected my refund.I got a horrible experience from Clubfactory shopping App.I want Clubfactory to refund my amount.They are saying that product which was returned to their seller was quality check failed so that's why they are not refunding, but I returned in same condition as received.Seller has Wantedly rejected my refund.He told me before only that, he will not give refund.I don't have products and I don't have refund also now, both I lost from Clubfactory shopping.I am attaching proof of seller whatsapp chat.
I placed the order on 3 July, and the day I got a call for delivery, I had spoken to Delivery Buy to return the parcel at the same time, since then there was no update in the tracking systems.
Nor have I been refunded yet. Why do you guys so late I want my money back by this evening.

I have paid amt Rs. 840 dated 31.05.2020 for online purchase of Beach pants cargo from club factory but still I have not received my order. I have sent mail several time through my mail . I ordered Unisex backpack. I am not satisfied with the quality. I want to return backpack. My return request is accepted but I am unable to submit my pickup request. It shows my address not supported because of COVID 19. If you can deliver to same address why is not supported for return. I want to return the backpack. I even can't choose mail by myself option.
