I haven’t received refund of this order yet
I have booked some tops in the club factory due to some issues in delivery they have canceled the order .But they couldn't refund by money also.
i hv order for sheep wear1245 rs deposit in club factory account till date i dont get that i now i want My money back
I was ordered children dress from club factory dtd 27-06-20 by order no SO29019185672921. also payment done by debit card.
But till date I have not received my order fro. Tomorrow club factory app is totally blocked.
I also send various emails to them but they not reply any mail.
Club factory not send my order nor refund the payment.
Please take action against club factory
I have received messages saying I have received items, but in actual I am not receiving any items. I have mailed them to enquiry about my orders 4 to 5 times I am not receiving any response. So many orders got cancelled and even refund also k have not got. Please please help me.

i tried alot to complaint against club factory but no reaction comes from their side
i need my refund urgently, its been very long time , otherwise i have to take legal action against club factory. they should realize refund is their responsibility they should refund us as soon as possible but bloody fake & fraud org. always made stupid to indians. i have given two pics including order no. plz refund me back.

Order two package in the month of June -2020 but not yet received parcel. Due to covid-19 Indian govt banned this app so unable to open app also. Am not getting any updates on this and even club factory neither delivered nor refunded. Totally confused.. kindly provide solution on this

July 7th 2020 in CLUB FACTORY, I had orders for 5 items around like 2000 had make the payment online.Till now no single information I had received when will receive my orders.Please check,I understand it's very critical situation is going on for club factory teams but atleast it should all also understand our situation and akso there is no cancellation option to o cancel the orders.I want to cancel the order and want my money back.So please help me in this matter.
