I consider the manager of the club factory and I said to cancel the product and the manager of cf also cancelled the order..27 days back the manager cancel the order and the manager said the refund will get your account within 7-10 days since,i did't get my refund,sir..( it's my mobile number 9177200252)..

Hi,
I placed a order on Club factory on 22/06/2020, the amount was paid through my paytm wallet through HSBC credit card, in my credit card transaction history, it showed amount 1871.00 INR was paid to "GLOBEMAX TECHNOLOGY IN DELHI", this must be the club factory counterpart working in India.
Then a part of this order (With order id: SO29011021073411) amount 618.00 INR was returned and refund was showing as processed in the club factory app on 12/07/2020 (return id generated was : SON15936685524013411) but i have checked my paytm statement and my HSBC credit card statement, no refund processed.
Kindly help in getting back this refund.
I have mailed Club factory through the app, but no reply received. Then i have even called a phone number i saw in the consumer forum for refund, no was busy, i got a callback from two different numbers saying it is club factory customer care, and that i need to install ANYDESK App and give them access to my phone so that they can refund my amount. I think this is fraud so please look into this. The mobile no that called back is +91-7029926123

For the order numberSO282130901, the product was returned from our end almost two months ago post the refund status rejected it was confirmed by the customer care executive that the refund will be processed in 7-10 business days, which did not as of today.
Now I could not reach customer support.
